We really enjoyed our stay in the double room here; the location is fantastic and just a short walk from Waves Indoor Waterpark.

The massage parlour offered good rates for feet and back/neck/ body massage

Difficult to communicate, lack of english speakers, room was in need of maintenance. Breakfast average. Internet connection restricted and slow. Booked a non smoking room and it smelt like the cleaner had jsut put one out before I entered the room. Had noisy gamblers in room opposite mine with room door open every night, complained about noise but didnt help. Could not offer a new room because it was booked out.

Location: the hotel was very close to the nearest train station and city center. Lucky that it was at a short distance from Niagara Sub Shoppe, offering food to go.

I had a great business trip stay at this hotel, which was pretty clean and had huge rooms, along with excellent staff and a delicious breakfast that felt like a 3-star experience.

The location was fantastic and super convenient – we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Our standard king room came with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioning. 😊.

The hotel also offered a variety of amenities such as room service, car hire, and laundry service, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of the hotel was great, right next to a shopping center and plenty of transportation options available. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and great amenities, including free Wi, Fi and a flat, screen TV. the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

The lack of variety in the breakfast menu, which mainly consisted of local cuisine only. the other negative was the outdated and worn, out furniture in the room, as well as some signs of lack of maintenance.
